By downloading or using WordDelve (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

AppDestroy grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
• Use the App in a way that disrupts, damages, or impairs it for others.
• Cheat, exploit, or manipulate the game in ways that harm the experience of other players.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and word lists, is owned by AppDestroy and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse any part of it without our prior written permission.

5. Availability & Updates

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App (or features within it) at any time without notice. We are not liable if the App is unavailable or if an update changes or removes functionality.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppDestroy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
